These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from, and your use of the website, app and services of, Ltd "SIZZAPP" ("SIZZAPP", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Latvian law.

1. About us

2. Products

We sell GPS tracking devices and accessories, together with the free SIZZAPP Pro app. We take care to describe our products accurately, but minor variations in appearance, packaging and specification may occur. Product images are for illustration. Coverage and features depend on mobile network availability in your area.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and may include or exclude taxes and shipping as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card details. Import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country are your responsibility.

5. The "no monthly fee" promise & built-in SIM

SIZZAPP devices include a built-in SIM with data for the life of the product, with no subscription or monthly fee. This applies to normal personal use of the device for its intended purpose. The SIM is provided solely to operate the SIZZAPP service and may not be removed or used in other devices.

6. Subscriptions and other payments

There are currently no subscription fees for data traffic or SIM card usage - the device requires a one-time payment only. Future models may introduce subscription fees.

Fees apply to the following services:

• Transfer of ownership - if you sell the device and the new owner needs a new account registration, a fee of €29 applies.
• Account changes - changing the e-mail address on an account after twelve months of usage incurs a fee of €29.

You may also donate voluntarily through the SIZZAPP Pro app. Donations are optional and are never required to use the device or the app.

7. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly at .

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us at within that period and return the item in resaleable condition. We will refund the price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

9. Warranty & guarantee

Our products carry a 24-month hardware warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, in addition to your statutory rights. The built-in SIM and data are included for the lifetime of the device, and every order is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, or installation contrary to our instructions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

• The internal battery is covered by a 6-month warranty.
• Extending the device’s wires does not void the warranty.

10. Acceptable and lawful use

You must use SIZZAPP only on vehicles or assets you own or are authorised to track, and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use SIZZAPP to track any person without their knowledge and consent, or for stalking, harassment or any unlawful surveillance. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may suspend service for misuse.

11. The app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the SIZZAPP Pro app to operate your device. We may update the app and service from time to time. The app is provided "as is"; we strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Intellectual property & brand

All content on this website and in the app - including the SIZZAPP name and logo, text, graphics, images, product designs and software - is owned by or licensed to Ltd "SIZZAPP" and is protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it, or use the SIZZAPP name or marks, without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

SIZZAPP is a security aid, not a guarantee against theft or loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from network outages, GPS inaccuracy, incorrect installation, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order. Material changes will be highlighted by updating the "Last updated" date.

17. Language

These Terms are written and concluded in English. Any translation of this website or of these Terms into another language is provided for your convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
