This Privacy Policy explains how Ltd "SIZZAPP" ("SIZZAPP", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website, buy our products, or use the SIZZAPP Pro app. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and applicable Latvian law.

2. What data we collect
- Account & contact data - name, email address, phone number, and the password you set in the app.
- Order & billing data - items ordered, delivery address, and order history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Vehicle & location data - because SIZZAPP is a GPS tracker, the device reports the position, movement, speed, route history and status of the vehicle it is installed in, together with the device IMEI/serial. This data is shown to you in the app.
- App & technical data - settings, language, units, alert preferences, app version, and basic diagnostics.
- Support & communications - messages you send us by email, messenger or the app, and our replies.
- Website & cookie data - limited information stored in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To provide the product and service - fulfil orders, operate the tracker and app, and show you your vehicle data (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Security alerts - to send push notifications, SMS and phone calls about movement, tampering, crashes and low battery (legal basis: performance of a contract / your settings).
- Customer support & warranty - to answer questions and honour our guarantee (legal basis: contract and legitimate interests).
- Legal obligations - accounting, tax and consumer-law requirements (legal basis: legal obligation).
- Improving our products and limited marketing - only where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights. You can opt out of marketing at any time (legal basis: consent / legitimate interests).
4. Your location data
Your vehicle's location and route history are private to your account. We do not sell location data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the service (see below) or where required by law. You control sharing features (such as live links or co-op riding) inside the app and can switch them off at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with trusted parties who help us run the service, under appropriate data-processing agreements:
- Payment processing (e.g. Stripe) - to take payment securely.
- Shipping and logistics partners - to deliver your order.
- Cloud hosting, connectivity (SIM/network) and IT service providers - to operate the platform.
- Professional advisers and authorities - where required by law or to protect our rights.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Your data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Trip and statistics data is retained for up to 2 years by default; account data is kept while your account is active; and order, accounting and tax records are kept for the periods required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption, to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
10. Children
Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
12. Language
This Privacy Policy is provided in English. Any translation is for your convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
