These Terms establish the contractual relationship between SIZZAPP and users of our website and services, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.
Changes to These Terms
SIZZAPP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to regularly review these Terms to remain informed.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Services" refers to the SIZZAPP platform, website, and any associated products, mobile applications, or customer support services.
refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.
refers to the hardware provided by SIZZAPP for vehicle tracking and monitoring.
refers to all text, images, graphics, software, trademarks, and other materials available on the SIZZAPP platform or website.
refers to a registered profile created by a user to access the SIZZAPP services.
refer to the one-time payment required to purchase a SIZZAPP device. Subscription fees do not currently apply, but may be introduced in the future for new device models or additional services.
USE OF SERVICES
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction. By using our services, users confirm their eligibility. If using our services on behalf of a company, the user must have authorization to bind the company to these Terms.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during account registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and notify SIZZAPP immediately via info@sizzapp.com in case of unauthorized access.
Use our services only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
Users must not:
Use our services for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.
Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services or devices unless explicitly agreed upon with SIZZAPP.
Attempt unauthorized access to SIZZAPP’s systems or interfere with its functionality.
PAYMENTS AND ORDERING PROCESS
Ordering Process
Users will first receive an email confirming their order.
After successful payment processing, an invoice will be issued.
A tracking link will be provided once the order is shipped. If these emails are not received, users should check their spam folder or contact info@sizzapp.com.
Payments When Ordering a Device
Payments must be made through accepted methods listed on our website via our payment processing partner, Stripe.
If a payment is declined, users may retry or contact SIZZAPP via info@sizzapp.com for assistance.
Subscriptions and Other Occurring Payments
There are currently no subscription fees for data traffic or SIM card usage. Only a one-time payment is required for the device.
Future models may introduce subscription fees.
Fees apply for certain services:
Transfer of ownership: If a user sells the device and requires a new account registration for the new owner, a €29 fee applies.
Account changes: Changing an email address after twelve months of usage incurs a €29 fee.
Users may donate voluntarily through the SIZZAPP Pro app, but this is not mandatory.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping
All devices are manually prepared, tested, and updated before shipment. This process may take up to 5 days before delivery starts.
Delivery times and costs are estimated at checkout.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Warranty
Devices are covered under a 24-month warranty.
The internal battery is covered under a 6-month warranty.
Users may extend wires without voiding the warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SIZZAPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for network or server failures.
SIZZAPP does not assume material responsibility for stolen or damaged vehicles. The user bears full responsibility for their vehicle’s security.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy: www.sizzapp.com/pp.
All user data is encrypted and never shared with third parties, except when required by authorities through a legal process.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Users may contact info@sizzapp.com for account deletion.
Users can also delete their accounts via account settings within the SIZZAPP app.
